In a marketplace of endless advertising, disappearing trust and myriad choice; we all know that brand/consumer relationships have been badly affected.
I’ve conducted consumer insights/trend research for over a decade in Europe, Asia, America, the Middle East, Africa and Russia; for a range of brands and agencies.
Experience has taught me that having a clear understanding of what people really want in these disruptive times; combined with a deep knowledge of contemporary and emerging trends is more vital than ever. In many cases, refocusing brand activity around an authentic purpose-led vision is the way forward.
