Sean Phillips

I'm Sean Phillips, I'm 16 years old and currently attend Brynteg Sixth form, I'm mainly doing computer courses as that's pretty much what interests me in terms of a career. My life practically revolves around ice hockey, I play it, watch it, volunteer to help my local club whenever I can and lose hours of sleep on it to stay up and watch the american games, some call me sad, but I don't think there's much of a difference between being sad and being passionate. You could call me a geek, it wouldn't really offend me and I'd probably struggle to disagree with you. I love almost all sorts of technology and keep up to date with the newest innovations, facebook upgrades, Apps for my iPhone (One of my best friends) and things like Pokemon and Marvel still amuse me greatly. I have no fashion sense at all. Jeans and a t-shirt are what you'll generally see me in and very rarely will it have a label on it. My t-shirt collection is building up recently composing of a Spider-man, Batman, Iron Man and a Bruce Wayne Enterprises design, along with ice hockey teams shirts. As you gather, super heroes make me happy, I adore the Spider-man trilogy, the X-Men film series, DareDevil, the (Soon to be) Christopher Nolan Batman Trilogy, the old Batman movies, fantastic four, pretty much everything Marvel and the odd bit of DC, hate Superman though. Mind you, movies t.v and video games make up a pretty big part of my life and I'll watch almost anything. Crime series are big loves, I used to watch The Bill religiously, Blue Murder, New Tricks and Law and Order are also pretty good but things like Two and a Half Men, Scrubs, South Park and Fresh Prince of Bel-air will always have a big part of my attention. Films are the same, I love all sorts of action films like Bourne, Bond and Taken but I'm a sucker for an animated flick like Toy Story or a totally kick ass film such as (500) Days of Summer. Easily one of the best films ever made. Gaming, meh I do a bit, the odd game of CoD, NHL 12 and if I like games in a series I'll probably buy the next installment. Last but by no means at all least, books. The root of almost all intelligence that's being demeaned by the internet.. Books will never end though, there'll always be stories to be told, Dragons to be slain, Magic to be made.. Harry Potter is one of my favourite series, but I love Horowitz and a lot of autobiographies, Lance Armstrongs probably saved my life..
