Sean’s expertise extends into development finance, where he successfully arranged and closed $15 million in Development Finance Institution (DFI) project financing in Africa. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes underscores his versatility and strategic acumen.

Sean’s has participated in the design and development of social housing for the underserved in Northern California, with a completed project serving supportive housing and an adaptive re-use project also for supportive housing.
Sean holds a Professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (1992) and has been a LEED™ v.2 Accredited Professional since 2003.In addition Sean completed a course at Stanford University (2022), on Crypto and Finance.
