Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, in the small town of Sunderland. My father owned a bakery where I spent a lot of my childhood watching him bake breads and pastries. I started working as a dishwasher when I was 12 and worked to do more. Eventually I moved on to workat a restaurant. Every since, my passion for food has continually been expanding and improving.
