Ashley Hayes

Ashley J. Hayes (Michael), known as “UrbanAsh,” is one of Seattle’s top real estate professionals, recognized for her extensive knowledge and experience in urban living and investing. She is the Managing Broker (WA) and Principal Broker (OR) at Pointe3 Real Estate and also serves as Leasing Specialist and Chief Operating Officer at Seattle Rental Group. Recently, she expanded her services to Arizona, joining The Brokery, a hyperlocal team, and has coined herself “DesertAsh.”

With over 20 years in the industry, Ashley specializes in urban homes and condominiums in Seattle’s downtown core and surrounding neighborhoods. Her client base includes families, business leaders, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and employees from major companies such as Microsoft, Nordstrom, Starbucks, Boeing, and Amazon. Since 2017, Ashley’s team has represented more downtown Seattle condominiums than any other group.

Ashley’s deep connection to the Pacific Northwest is evident in her long-time residence in Seattle. She and her husband, Mark, live in the Escala, having also lived in Belltown, Downtown, Pike Place, Pioneer Square, First Hill, and Queen Anne. This firsthand knowledge allows Ashley to offer clients a unique insider’s perspective on these neighborhoods.

Ashley holds a 5-star Zillow rating and has earned the Five Star Professional Award for 10+ consecutive years, honoring her high production and outstanding client service. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Ashley has been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters Seattle and is a member of several elite broker-only strategy groups like the Seattle Condo Network. She also serves on the Escala HOA Architectural Control Committee (former Chairman).

Looking ahead, Ashley plans to help her clients navigate evolving market trends while continuing to grow the Pointe3 Real Estate Team into an independent leader in Seattle. Through her partnership with The Brokery, she’s now offering her expertise to clients in Arizona’s Valley of the Sun.

Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys traveling, running, yoga, and golf. She actively supports FareStart and Mary’s Place and serves on the Pike Place Market Foundation Board. Above all, Ashley is a passionate advocate for Seattle, proudly calling it home.
