I have more than 15 years of experience in software development focusing in the past years on building, leading and coaching Agile teams and programs for several major IT Services and Software organizations both in the United States and in Europe.
Being a true Agile and Lean advocate I am involved in the Agile Champions group at Endava and also actively working within several external groups, including Atlanta Scrum Users Group, the Scrum.org community and Atlanta SPIN.
When I am not working I love to travel. My current goal is to visit all the states in US - I am still missing around 10 :).
