I'm an American writer and journalist, recently returned to the United States. I lived in Hong Kong from 2010 to 2014, but was living in Asia since 2005. I received my MFA in creative writing from City University of Hong Kong in 2015. I mostly write personal essays and travel narratives. As a journalist, I write long-form feature articles focusing on arts, contemporary social and cultural issues, and business topics.
