Corporate targets have to inspire the minds of the people that have to achieve them. 88% of corporate change and strategy projects fail, most of them because the targets are not developed in a way that considers mental processing and awareness. The MIL offers effective processes to activate and implement adaptive corporate strategies. Thereby it combines successful approaches from strategy consulting, coaching and findings of neurosciences.
