Sebastian Claudio

I am passionate about helping people discover their purpose, grow in confidence, and become leaders who positively influence others.

I currently serve in youth ministry, where I help create environments in which students feel welcomed, valued, challenged, and supported. My role includes mentoring young people, communicating with parents, leading volunteers, planning events, developing programs, and finding creative ways to make ministry engaging and meaningful. Youth ministry has taught me that leadership is not simply about directing people. It is about listening, building trust, remaining consistent, and helping others recognize the potential within themselves.

I also have a strong heart for young adult ministry, particularly mentoring and leading young adult men. I value honest conversations about faith, responsibility, identity, discipline, relationships, and leadership. I want to help young men become dependable leaders who serve their families, churches, workplaces, and communities with integrity. Whether I am leading a group discussion, meeting with someone individually, or helping plan a young adult gathering, my goal is to create space for growth, accountability, and genuine connection.

Another major part of my calling is missions, especially in Spanish-speaking countries. I am interested in opportunities that combine outreach, discipleship, leadership development, and cross-cultural ministry. I believe missions should be approached with humility, respect, and a willingness to learn from the people and communities being served. My desire is not only to participate in short-term experiences, but also to build meaningful relationships and support long-term ministry partnerships.

Creativity is also a major part of who I am. For the past two to three years, I have designed apparel and merchandise both for youth ministry and in professional settings. I enjoy developing clothing concepts that communicate identity, purpose, and community. From ministry merchandise to original apparel ideas, I love turning a message or vision into something people can wear and connect with. Creative design allows me to combine strategy, storytelling, and visual communication in a practical way.

Whether I am mentoring a student, leading young adult men, supporting a missions team, or designing a new piece of clothing, I want my work to reflect purpose, excellence, and service.
