I've been walking through several fields in my research journey about human culture and behavior. I got my first degree in Social Anthropology though my earliest inclinations were towards Astronomy and Physics which allowed me to enter the IT Industry to make a living for the last 15 years.

My first postgraduate study was in Analytical Psychology under C.G. Jung perspective which I used in my contemporary religion studies.

My interest in these subjects took me to explore and compare current religious and mystical cosmovisions with more ancient ones such as astrology and medieval alchemy while using Complexity and Systems theories as a theoretical framework.

I am currently studying my Master degree in Cognitive Psychology and Learning in the Latinamerican Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO) and Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM)

Amongst my research fields and as a professor, musician and theatre practitioner I use different gaming tools for improve decision-making processes within organizations and enhance motivation for learning and conceptual change.

I've been exploring these tools while diving into political and activism groups as a facilitator of participatory decision-making processes in both face-to-face conversations and using new technologies to boost more transparent and participative democracies and leaderships.

Nowadays I work in Argentina's Public Administration leading projects that promote digital and cultural transformation by reusing tools, knowledge and shared experiences in technical teams.

For that purpose I give Agile Methodologies workshops, facilitate teams and organize unconference events together with other colleagues such as Comunidad Digital AR to build a community of practice within the Public Administration.

I also work as a professor in private institutes.

Last but not least, I am father of Atenea and I have been learning from her since she was in her mother´s belly, Nicole.
