Sebastian Henneberg

Hi there! I'm Sebastian, an entrepreneur with strong background in Software Engineering, Web Technologies, User Experience and Cloud Infrastructure. Besides tech, my passion is Digital Transformation and New Work.

Leading the way to Digital Transformation and New Work has been my role in several organisations in the past years. Right now, my team and I are on the mission to rebuild a national soccer platform. We are building it from the ground up to expand its reach and ultimately prepare the product for massive growth.

I'm passionate about productivity tools, effective collaboration and work culture. I love to try out new products and get my mind into new business ideas. Being a programmer for over 17 years, I still love to build apps and and experiment with new tech stacks. However, in the professional context I mostly act as coach, change facilitator and agile leader.

During my studies, I started to build a strong dedication towards teaching, mentoring and coaching. As a student lecturer, freshman mentor and event organizer, I discovered a deep passion in sharing knowledge and giving helpful advice. I continued on this path until today by establishing internal learning formats in different organisations and being a host of a local "Meetup" for several years.
