I am a Digital Content Creator, Media & Communication Mentor and an International Certified Master Coach.
I provide my services under the brand #SecretsByPayal, which is incubated under “Start Up India” with Startup Assam, IIM Calcutta and is also a certified entrepreneur from IIM Bangalore (NRCEL) & IIM Shillong.

Over my decade-long career, I‘m very fortunate to work with NDTV, the Parliament of India, and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. I started freelancing a few years back as a Personality Development and Soft Skills Trainer and also co-founded an NGO “SHEducation” which worked for gender equality and women empowerment.

Today I’m a Certified Coach and awarded as “Best Personality Development Trainer 2022” by the Women of Substance Network. I happily dedicate my entire time to this purpose! I offer customized Online Courses, Personal Coaching, Mentorship Programs, and Workshops to my clients.

My goal is to help the young generation with mentorship and coaching in Media & Communication, Personality Development and Personal Growth & Transformation.
