I was born in Koch e Hazrat ha in Kabul,Afghanistan on 5th March 1942.Sent to exile with my father Moh. Hossain Tarzi to Herat, Northwest of my land, when I was two months old. I lost my parents in 1957 in Herat. Finished faculty of Law and Political Science form Kabul University 1967. One decade as teacher, one decade as journalist and last one decade in political affairs.

I left with family as political refugee in 1992 and entered Germany. I am reading. writing and translating from English to Persian languages at the framework of Enlightenment.
