Was born on the 6th September to the family of Mr. Joseph Amough Gbaagile of Mbara in Vandeikya local government area and Mrs. Roseline Kwaghndera Kendan of Gaav in Konshisha local government area, both of Benue state. He had his primary education at Saint Winifred's nursery and primary school, Ihugh. A school which formed his nobility and intellectuality. He went further to the prestigeous Saint James' minor seminary, Yandev, Gboko, in 2003 to continue with his secondary education. He got his senior school leaving certificate in 2009 at Saint James' minor seminary.
He began his descernment for the priesthood with the Catholic Diocese Makurdi in 2011 at St. Charles Lwanga Preparatory Seminary, Makurdi and in 2012, when the Catholic Diocese of Gboko was created, he became a seminarian of the new diocese.
He continue with his studies at St. Thomas Aquinas Major Seminary, Makurdi, gaining a Bachelor of Philosophy Degree (B. Phil.) and a Bachelor of Sacred Theology Degree in 2014 and 2019 respectively.
He was Ordained a Deacon of the Roman Catholic Church in January 2019 and in June 2020, was Ordained a Priest by the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Gboko, Most Rev. William Avenya.
He served at St. Robert Parish Gbem from 2020 till August 2023.
He currently serves at St. Agatha Parish, Wajir as Associate Pastor.
