I've been working the Silicon Valley grind for 18 years now, all of that time spent in Human Resources, and I love it!!! I'm taking time off from work for the first time in my career, and while I love the extra time I have with my family and being able to work out every day, I simply don't do "stay-at-home" very well.

I get a true sense of fulfillment when I'm working with an amazing team filled with super smart people, solving problems and generally over-achieving! I love the innovation buzz you feel when walking around downtown Palo Alto or at Red Rock Coffee in Mountain View.

I'm looking for an exciting, innovative company where people are fun and authentic, and everyone's primary goal is to win. I'm not your average policy-pushing HR. I believe, if you hire the right people, you shouldn't have to police them (thank you Netflix). I believe in focusing on people's stengths rather than weaknesses (thank you Facebook), and I very much believe in the collective strength of a team (thank you Patrick Lencioni).
