James Cartwright

James Cartwright is a driven, enthusiastic individual currently studying a BA Hons in Music Production at Brighton University. For his final project, he is producing an album called 'Love Labours On' under his artist name 'Seero' that will help him work toward a confident definition of Popular Music by analysing and purposefully deviating from typically associated preconceptions. As a musician, he is capable of playing a wide range of instruments that include guitar, bass, drums, theremin and his voice to name a few. At present, James professionally engineers live sound for multiple function band (most notably 'Le Groove') and produces work for local talent. Following university, James wishes to move to London to make his name as a professional in the music industry. In his spare time, James dabbles with musical experimentation, particularly using Max MSP/Pure Data to push the boundaries or musical normality.
