In 1995 my father bought me a P75 Gateway desktop computer, I was 13 at the time, then 2 days later I accidently uninstalled the sound drivers. I spent hours upon hours on the phone to a technical support team in Ireland. I thought to myself......... is this what it is like to own a computer? So I began a self-adventure to repair the new acquisition myself, and the rest as they say is history.

I have been fixing computers since 13 and have had a huge interest in technology. It wasn't until 2006 I gained my qualification in IT, I then began my journey in to IT with UK Internet Service Provider Talk Talk and moved up the ranks, until a Squad of Geek's came along and whisked me off my feet. They dressed me in white socks, and a clip on tie. They nurtured me until I was ready to be unleashed to fight the battle against technical stress. 4 years later I find myself leading a small army of tech savvy geeks in the north west.
