Seisei is a multi-faceted entrepreneur with a background in environmental policy, strategy, organizational development, facilitation, and mediation. She holds a BA from McGill University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University. Seisei is the founder of Tandem Consulting Group, providing consulting, training, facilitation, and executive coaching to clients in North America, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. She is also the co-founder of Covalent, an organization bringing entrepreneurship skills to people regardless of background or experience. Prior to founding Tandem and Covalent, Seisei was affiliated with the International Criminal Court and partnered with the United Nations in Kenya to co-facilitate strategic planning meetings for UN agencies and their respective leaders. In recognition of her accomplishments, she was recognized as an Environmental Leadership Program Fellow in 2013. She is a StartingBloc Fellow and member of Thousand Network, Net Impact, and the Phillips Exeter Academy Alumni Association of Greater New York.
