Selah House is a residential treatment center for women with eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and body dysmorphic disorder. Levels of care offered for clients include inpatient treatment, residential treatment and partial hospitalization (PHP). Selah House is located near Indianapolis, Indiana and holds accreditation with CARF International.
