Domestic violence, especially domestic violence against women is a “world-wide problem”. It could be occurred in both developed and developing countries all layers of society. Domestic violence is not a new problem, however, due with the development of the society; it is potentially extended and created serious impacts. It is a chain reaction through different generation within a family and it will not stop until someone speaks out. It becomes obsession of women and even their children.They becomes machines which live in fear and deep depression.

There are four types of domestic violence, include physical violence, emotional violence, economic violence and sexual violence. In the deep research about Domestic Violence in Vietnam, there are five root causes include gender inequality, alcohol/drug, gambling/debt, educational level and childhood crashed. As a result, it leads to damage effects on human, especially women and children. It affects on the short term and long term, the physical injuries can be treated based on time. However, the long term effect, especially psychological injuries may be never treated. There are several reasons state why the women accepts abusive situation, for example, economic dependence, loneliness, the view of community if they divorce or they are afraid of raising children alone. In addition, at the rural areas and remote areas, the percentage of domestic violence is higher than urban areas, low educational level leads to domestic violence much higher compare with high educational level. As a result, a Domestic Violence Against Women Campaign is important to

• Remind and encourage the community about the facts of domestic violence, take attention of them into the real situation.
  
• Encourage abuse women that they are not alone, they have a legal that protect them, they deserve have a better life.
  
• Raise awareness of people about domestic violence
