I am a Ballet Dancer, Entrepreneur, and Public Speaker currently living in Scotland.

I love music and dancing, am excited about tech and gaming, and also enjoy hiking and wildswimming weekly.

My passion is creating more JOY in our everyday lives. I give joyfulness seminars for all, write books and create innovative projects to spread joy around the world.

I am a founder of the social enterprise Joimove: International Joyfulness Organisation and the Dance with Babies Initiative.
