Sellu McCarthy

Sellu McCarthy is a candidate of the Masters in Public Administration, Columbia University. He is in the Program for Economic Policy Management and is in the Energy concentration. Before coming to study at Columbia University, he was a senior economist in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development of the Republic of Sierra Leone. Before working at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, he was a Senior Banking Officer at the Central Bank of Sierra Leone.
