Before PayScale, I was most recently Redfin's Vice President of Products, responsible for the product design and customer support across Redfin, from the Redfin website, mobile apps to our internal and partner-facing agent tools. I had the honor of managing and growing a talented group of 40+ amazing people, in both Seattle and San Francisco, across a wide variety of roles such as designers, help desk analysts, PMs and office managers.

Prior to joining Redfin, I worked for nearly ten years at Microsoft as both an engineering manager and a lead program manager. He was responsible for integrating major partners' services with Microsoft's mobile technologies and, prior to that, building Sidewalk.com (now part of Citysearch.)

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Computer Science and Communication Arts (TV/Radio/Film.)
