Namaste. I am Selvakani Selvaraj, live in Bangalore.

For 13 years, I’ve been recruiting - engaging - rewarding - nurturing talents, and managing HR teams; have worked with people across continents with people from US, UK, Canada, Australia, Brazil, China, and exposed to the diversity in India.

I believe in the potential of people, and in enabling them to succeed in their respective roles. I am fascinated about human behavior and psychology.

Along the way, I program managed high end OD/skill development programs, certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), learnt and applied counselling skills, volunteered for not-for-profit initiatives and partnered with NHRD in their flagship programs. Now, am undergoing a long term course on Transactional Analysis (TA) and on the way to become a certified Executive Coach.

When not working, I coach individuals and volunteer at a community center. For fun, I watch plays, review them online, publish articles, blog and read.
