Semhar Tesfay

Semhar Tesfay is the Human Resource Manger at Publicis New York, a leading advertising Agency. Semhar oversee talent management, organizational development, training and development, and diversity initiatives. She is unquestionably a people-person who excels at forming strong bonds and relationships.

Semhar joined the Publicis NY team in March 2011 with over 6 years of Account Management and Project Management experience having worked at Grey Healthcare, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Arnold Worldwide. She has a reputation for building successful client relationships by providing strategic solutions.

Semhar holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Advertising from Northern Arizona University. In addition, she has a Digital Marketing Certificate from NYU and maintains an active membership in leading Adverting organizations such as Adcolor, 4A’s, AAF, and AWNY.

During her free time, Semhar enjoys traveling, Broadway shows, shopping and running.
