A note from Dale Gardner, owner of Senior Helpers of Orlando -

The Super Service Award from Angie's List, which we feature on the front page of our website, www.seniorhelpers.com/orlando, is given to only the top 5 percent of businesses. In a sense, it's a kind of "word-of-mouth" advertising on which so many of us rely to make decisions about services we need. That is why it's a starting point for telling you about who we are. This award reflects the many positive reviews my company has received from among the hundreds of families we've served in the Orlando area for the past five years. We're thankful these families entrusted the care of their loved ones to my team of caregivers and nurses and other support staff. And their experiences can inform your decision-making process as you consider options for your family. When my wife and I were choosing a caregiver company years ago for her mother, we didn't have some of these resources for independently verifying the trustworthiness and reliability of the companies. And we learned the hard way – by trial and error. Over the years that Marian's mother lived with us, we used three different companies. We learned much about the qualities that constitute excellent service, qualities that shape how we provide care for families today.

The Angie's List recognition, awarded for the 12-month period ending Oct. 31, is one of several independent measures of quality that we have earned, reflecting our commitment to making our clients' experiences the best possible.
