Sensei Bappa Sardar is a Kyokushin Karate instructor and international martial artist whose journey reflects discipline, perseverance, and the true spirit of Budo.

From a small village in West Bengal, India, to training in Japan and the United States, he has pursued authentic Kyokushin under the guidance of renowned masters. He is the only Indian student to have trained directly under Sosui Makoto Nakamura, the two-time World Champion known as the “King of Kyokushin Karate.”

An international competitor and champion, he is also the Founder of Karate-Do Shinjitsu Dojo, dedicated to preserving the true essence of traditional karate—built on discipline, honesty, and continuous learning.

Based in India and Long Island, New York, Sensei Bappa Sardar continues to train, teach, and inspire students worldwide through the philosophy of Osu no Seishin—the spirit to endure.
