Sequoia Taylor is the Managing Partner of Spry Ventures, a technology focused advisory firm working on private placements in the late stage technology sector. She has completed roughly $30 million in private, secondary market transactions for various companies valued at over $1 billion.
Ms. Taylor has 8 years of experience in investment banking and as an early employee at tech startups. She has held various investment banking roles in tech/media, financial institutions, and debt capital markets. Most notably in tech, she served as employee #1-5 at a SaaS, business intelligence company backed by Y-combinator, Andreessen Horowitz, and NEA and interim Chief of Staff to the CEO of a leading ad tech startup acquired by Acxiom for $300mm.
