Sarah is an 18 years old third grade on high-school, the second of two children from a mother of Japanese descent, and a father of Indonesian descent.

When she was 6 years old, her parents divorced, and she joined her mother. Her brother has worked outside the city, living independently in the apartment.

Even though Sarah has a mother of Japanese descent, she has yet to speak Japanese.
