I have been working in Mobile Telecommunications Industry since 2009 with a solid understanding of NOC, RAN and Network operations.Currently I am working for Avea, Turkey as BSS Operations team member.

I am experienced in RNC/BSC/BTS/NodeB Operations and Management for NSN Equipments. I have also FM experience on MSS/MGW/RNC/BSC/BTS/NodeB/Microwave/Repeater/SDH nodes for different vendors like NSN/Ericsson/Huawei/Alcatel.

I have participated in a Umbrella Fault Management Project and I have analysed and designed Alarm Correlations, Filtering and Enrichment rules, Ticketing, Work Order, Change Management workflows, SOPs.
