Serena Francis is Founder of SuperWoman Organization; An organization dedicated to educating, encouraging and equipping the woman of purpose with the relevant skills needed for her personal development and global relevance

Since her birth in October 2012, SuperWoman Organization has been known for celebrating women achievers, organizing training programs and raising next generation female leaders. Under Serena’s leadership, SuperWoman has trained about 5677 women, organized over 20 mentorship programs and published 10 editions of SuperWoman Magazine.

Serena Francis is the Convener of SuperWoman Under 30 Awards; an award ceremony that celebrates exceptional young women under the age of 30, who are creating positive impact in their different fields of expertise

She is also a member of the 'Facebook Trainers Network where she has helped over 1000 entrepreneurs position their businesses rightly on Social Media under the 'Facebook Boost' program

Due to her passion and experience in fostering human capacity development, Serena is constantly being invited as a guest speaker, facilitator and trainer at empowerment programs and leadership summits. She has worked with top brands such as Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC), Access Bank, Facebook Nigeria, Rabbington Media, Land Mark Hotel LTD, ECOWAS 1000 Women, African Women in Leadership (AWLO) to mention a few…

Serena holds a BACHELORS degree in Accounting, an EDP certificate from Quantum Business School and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management in view.
