Serena Socha

My name is Serena Socha, I am a current senior at Montclair State University. I am studying Communications with a concentration in Public Relations with a Business minor. I am a member of the National Communication Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta, Golden Key Honour Society, Red Hawk Pride Society, and attained Dean's List 6 out of the last 7 semesters. I work as the Senior Executive Admissions Ambassador as the Business Manager for Undergraduate Admissions where I am a supervisor to over 70 students, handle payroll and scheduling for the ambassadors, as well as pioneered a new system in our office. I oversee daily campus tours and am responsible for handling the budget and assisting the Visit Experience Coordinator. I aspire to one day be apart of the public relations or marketing industry as I've had over 9 years experience of customer service and leadership being a waitress, Admissions Ambassador, and a Service Assistant.
