I train and coach leaders, managers, employees and organizations around the world in problem solving, continuous improvement, human error management and human performance improvement, to better shine in their missions.
The past defines the present, just as the present defines the future. Everything is linked to causality principles, at the core of problem solving. Anyway, life has no rulebooks, just real world experience.
