I work as Director of Sustainability in the Media Strengthening Program for Mozambique, funded by USAID. On this role, I help media companies improve their productivity by streamlining their operations, production, developing business plans, improving its distribution channels and developing its sales and marketing strategies which contributes to their financial sustainability.

My experience in management includes many years of leading USAID, DOD and DUTCH funded programs in different areas such as economic strengthening of vulnerable people (microfinance and savings programs), public health programs (HIV and AIDS, malaria and water borne diseases prevention and mitigations) and social marketing in all Mozambican provinces and districts. In the recent past years I have worked with private sector companies to increase their productivity by reducing the number of worker’s absence due to illnesses. This was done designing, implementing and monitoring Safety, Health and Environment programs, promoting good health behaviors with focus to malaria and HIV and AIDS.

I have also managed business operations activities, sales, warehouses and logistics and my areas of expertise include development of business plans, sales, marketing and distribution strategies.
