I am an Osteopath and a Fasciatherapist (connective tissue) with a diverse amount experience in treatments including Structural, Visceral and Cranial Sacral Therapy, aimed at improving the health, wellbeing, and self-esteem of a patient. The method I use is focusing on the relationship between the mind and the body, feeling and adapting to each patient as needed, and respecting, interrelating, and linking the patients´ need to find a solution to the main objective.

In addition, I am a Personal Trainer (Functional training for all ages etc.) and a Teacher for different Disciplines of Martial Arts, conducting collective classes for more than 25 students. Also, I have a large amount of experience in swimming and in contact sport.

Furthermore, I am especially good at compromising, being proactive, optimistic, and building positive relationships with patients/clients.

Osteópata y Fascioterapeuta con varios años de experiencia en tratamientos Estructurales, Viscerales y Sacrocraneales, orientados a mejorar la salud, bienestar y autoestima del paciente desde una óptica mente-cuerpo, adaptándome/sintiendo a cada paciente, respetando cada proceso corporal, integrando y relacionando, teniendo como objetivo los resultados.

Además, soy Entrenador Personal (Funcionales, tercera edad…), y Profesor de diferentes Disciplinas y Artes Marciales impartiendo clases colectivas de más de 25 alumnos, así como una amplia experiencia en natación.
