Sergio Iantorno

A native of Italy, Sergio Iantorno studied linguistics and achieved fluency in five languages. He moved to Germany at age 21, working to assist Italian immigrants in finding employment, housing, and schools for their children. He later immigrated to the United States, where he began working as a San Francisco tour conductor for as many as 100 people daily. In 1972, Sergio Iantorno earned his agent and brokers real estate license and embarked on a new career in Real Estate.
In addition to selling single-family homes, Mr. Iantorno slowly began acquiring investment properties in San Francisco. Beginning with several three to six-unit properties, he gained real estate experience and developed relationships with local architects, engineers and contractors, significantly improving aging and dilapidated buildings. Currently, Sergio Iantorno owns a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, many of which are rented to veterans through the HUD VASH program or to Section 8 voucher holders. His son Paul assists him in business operation.
