Whilst studying for a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sergio was introduced to computer programming. This innocuous introduction led to a passion for all things geeky eventually leading to a degree in Computer Studies.

Having specialised in networking Sergio was employed by Telecom Italia Sparkle initially as a Software Specialist and later as IT Manager and then as Information Communication & Technology Manager. Sergio moved to euNetworks in 2022 taking on the role of Network Optimisation Specialist. This roles sees Sergio identify, plan and implement optimisation across euNetworks network estate, from the physical bandwidth infrastructure, right down to the optimisation of WDM spectrum.

In addition to his geeky side, Sergio has a passion for all things fast and enjoys Mountain Biking, Motocross and is an avid fan of the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team having provided onsite technical network support for both the race and test teams.
