Hey, I’m Serigne Mouhamadou. I’m a Senior Consultant living in Dakar.

My academic background is a mix of Mathematics, Computer Science, Economy and Econometric. So I’m

• Statistician Economist Engineer (ISE) (with specialization in M&E and Impacts Assessing of Policies and Public Program) at the National School of Statistics and Economic Analysis (ANSD / ENSAE - Dakar),
• Statistician Engineer (ITS) (specialized in Data Science) graduated from the National High School of Statistics and Applied Economic (ENSEA Abidjan).

I have several certification in Data Science and Big Data such as:

• Big Data Analytics with Python at the African Institute of Mathematical Sciences (AIMS)
• Remote Food Security Monitoring at the UN World Food Programme (WFP)’s Vulnerability Analysis and Mapping (VAM) Unit.
• Data Science Intensive at the Dakar Institute of Technology (DIT)
• Multivaried Analysis and Statistical Learning with a double degree beetwen CNAM Paris and Thies University

I'm now Expert Statistician Economist Engineer at SENELEC, I was Researcher Data Analyst at the UN World Food Program (WFP, Dakar Regional Headquarters) where I worked on large Gambia household survey data. I was Statistician Economist Engineer Consultant at the French Institute of Research for Development (IRD).

I have carried out several quantitative studies in Statistics, International Trade and Economics in various fields. I have a perfect mastery of M&E, Data and Information Management, survey methodologies, traditional and phone surveys design and I have good skills in the Collection, Processing and Analysis Data, Economic modeling, econometric analysis and Dashboard. In addition, I have an excellent practical knowledge of data collection, processing, analysis, modeling and visualization tools such as R, STATA, PYTHON, GAMS, ODK Collect, CsPro, Matlab, Power BI, Tableau, Eviews, QGis and VBA Excel.
