Serkan Sarioglu

Serkan Sarioglu was born in Istanbul, an intersection between the Eastern & Western world, where he has finished a bilingual high school funded by the German & Turkish governments.
Being involved in scouting, Serkan has started traveling around Europe when he was 13 and so far he has traveled to more than 100 cities in 29 countries around the world.
Serkan has studied Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, graduated from University of Warwick with a master's degree in Business Management and he is about to finish his master's degree in Marketing at Marmara University.
Serkan Sarioglu has worked for Mercedes-Benz, Dürr Systems and currently he is working as a Product Manager at Eczacibasi VitrA.
His passion for marketing & traveling brought him to the idea of making a trip around the world for writing his final thesis about marketing. Currently he is trying to figure out details about this project and he has also started a website for sharing his journey: www.marketingaroundtheworld.com
