The apartment in the new building was rented out to the buyer with a rough finish. The repairmen, invited by the new owner of the property, made sure that the quality of finishing from the developer was rather low - the plaster was applied without a primer, the places where the windows adjoin to the slopes were practically left without thermal insulation. Therefore, the decoration of the apartment began with the dismantling of the plaster and fixing the installation of the windows. It was decided not to remove the floor screed, but the floor had to be leveled with pouring. After that, the geometry of the walls was deduced, flat plasterboard boxes were mounted along the perimeter of the ceiling - they hid the ventilation sleeve from the hood and served as a place for installing spotlights. The rest of the ceiling surface is made using tension technology.

The remodeling was not carried out according to the design project, but the builders and customers decided to use monochrome finishes in combination with contrasting facades of the kitchen furniture. The result is a fairly stylish interior.

As the head of the Art-seven company Sergey Yeltsov explained to the remodeling Divandi portal, a large amount of materials was needed to align the geometry of the walls, so the cost of rough finishing turned out to be quite high - about 70 thousand rubles were spent on materials (for the kitchen), this amount included , including electrical and plumbing products.

The finishing of the floor and the backsplash is made of inexpensive Turkish porcelain stoneware 600 × 600 mm, wallpaper on the walls, Tikkurila Harmony was used to paint boxes on the ceiling and slopes. Finishing materials cost 60 thousand rubles, the cost of repairing the kitchen - 80 thousand rubles.
