Seska Lee is passionate about ageing, wellness and perimenopause. She has been online and blogging in one format or another since 1998.

She began these endeavours in 1998 with the creation of an independent personal adult website. Her work has included the documentation of her intimate life as well as the exploration of her varied interests. She retired as an adult performer in 2010, took the decade off to study nutrition, personal development, mindfulness, and holistic living.

Currently, she writes and mentors on the topic of mindful and meaningful ageing and hopes to inspire people to find pleasure, vitality, and well-being in their lives.

Seska is an avid fan and (now) occasional performer in the neoburlesque scene. In 2003 she cofounded the troupe The Coral Lees and later Team Burlesque. From 2012 to 2015 she coproduced, hosted and performed in the live band burlesque revue Acme Burlesque.

She has graced the stages of Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, Café Cleo, Club Soda, Lee’s Palace, MainLine Theatre and The Wiggle Room and performed numerous times with the acclaimed Scandelles and at the Montreal Burlesque Festival and the Grand Burlesque Show.

She has spoken about her personal and professional experiences at SXSW, Concordia University, McGill University, Sexual Attitude Reassessment Seminars and various adult industry conferences.

Seska’s essays have been published in Broken Pencil and Naked Ambition: Women Who Are Changing Pornography and she has been featured on HBO’s Real Sex Xtra : Pornocopia : Going Down in the Valley : Women on Top and Josey Vogel’s Between You and Me on CBC Radio 1.

Prior to working on the web Seska Lee was an educational consultant. She lives with her elderly mother as her full-time caregiver as well as their two sleepy cats.
