I am a 25 year old working in the Sports and Entertainment Industry. I specialize in Ticket Office Operations including employee training/coaching, sales and customer service. Currently, I work for the Milwaukee Brewers full time as a Ticket Services Lead focusing around employee coaching, single game ticket sales, and assisting staff and customers with any escalated customer service issues. I also work part time for the Wisconsin Center District, who brings exciting shows, plays, and various sporting events to the city of Milwaukee. My main role is to handle any escalated customer service issues, and reconcile and report daily box office sales receipts.
In my spare time I love to play all sports and consider myself an avid TV/Movie buff. I am a fan of all styles of music and really enjoy see live performances.
