I have the best "job" in the world! I am building a League of Community Developers, who vow to build things better and who will challenge the status quo! Whether in entrepreneurship, civic action, education, or even in business; we will arm those in the league with the knowledge for how people think, act, and behave so they can make real changes and lead people forward! The league is open to motivated people who want to make a difference in their lives and others!

As a social entrepreneur of 10+ businesses I have been there and done that! Both in the awesome (wins) and in the suck (fails)! However the three abilities that always guided me through were empathy, charisma, and identifying patterns. These abilities drove me to find success...then to question if entrepreneurship could be systHowever the most important lesson I learned was understanding how other people think, act, and behave; AND how to evolve their thinking to help them achieve more!

The learning of this lesson drove me to try to understand how entrepreneurship worked about a decade ago. This audacious quest actually led me to understand that entrepreneurship the multi-faced

Think about this for a moment...understanding how others think, act, and behave. This gives a person a great deal of influence and "power" to achieve outcomes. The ability to evolve others so they can achieve their dreams or even more dreams...that too is powerful. More importantly this is my passion!

I leveraged this ability to systematically evolve key audiences in Kansas City

Applying this knowledge to entrepreneurship, has allowed me to rebuild entire economies and foster entrepreneur communities in less than two years. After doing this in repeated communities, I wrote the book "The Organic Entrepreneur Economy" with some of the top economic experts in world (including the Founding President of the Kauffman Foundation) to help others achieve the same!
