At the core I am a synergist who is excited by the generative potential of conflict and wielding it to continuously improve relationships and communication.

My work is centered on three elements

* CULTIVATING intuitive and generative leadership capacity

As a Mediator, Leadership and Conflict Coach, Trainer and p Restorative Justice Practitioner, I offer conflict resolution processes to workplaces and small businesses.

I facilitate Restorative Justice trainings, and lead community building, conflict resolution and healing circles.

Currently, I split my energies between the Center for Creative Conflict Resolution within New York City government and Hidden Water - an organization that works to heal the impact of child sexual abuse on the family system.

I am often called on to hold community accountability, sexual harm, race and workplace conflict processes.
