I am a practising CharteredAccountant, former chairman of BSE ltd and Founder & Managing Partner at Ravi Rajan & Co., an accountancy firm in New Delhi. I have had the opportunity of serving the board of more than 35 companies such as UTI Company Pvt. Ltd., BHEL, SMERA Rankings, BOI Merchant Markets, Aditya Birla and many others.

I am chairman of Tourism finance corporation and also in the board of sbi payment services and sud life.
