Dr. Oluwaseun Ijeoma Ekorhi-Robinson stands as a luminary in the field of personal development, a multifaceted individual whose influence extends globally. As the visionary CEO of Seun Robinson Global Resources Ltd, Dr. Seun has not only transformed brands but has pioneered the Own Your Stage Africa Leadership Academy. This academy is more than an institution; it's a beacon for emerging leaders, offering mentorship that transcends conventional boundaries. She is an author, book project consultant and ghostwriter.

In her role as Program Director for the MOGi Global Leadership Orientation Program, Dr. Seun along with her team members shapes the future by preparing individuals for admission into the MOGi Global Leadership School. Dr. Seun’s influence extends to the literary realm, where she not only holds the title of bestselling author but also serves as a book project consultant to experts and professionals.

In the academic sphere, Dr. Seun donned the hat of a Lecturer at Delta State University, imparting knowledge to the next generation. Her academic journey is marked by a PhD in Agricultural Extension, from Delta State University, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Master's in International Development Management from the School of Global Development in the prestigious University of East Anglia, United Kingdom.

Her leadership prowess is evident through her past roles in Junior Chamber International, from her university days to the present. She joined JCI in 2007, grew through the ranks and settled in Delta State Asaba where she joined joined JCI Asaba. She was the EVP of JCI Asaba 2016 and represented the local organization at the JCI Nigeria Leadership Academy (LA18) 2016 and was the most outstanding participant in the academy. She became President of JCI Asaba 2017, National Director of Training JCI Nigeria 2018, National VP NW for JCI Nigeria 2019, Director of the SDGs 2021, and Executive Vice President of JCI Nigeria 2022.

Above all, Dr. Seun’s journey is fuelled by a fervent passion for personal development and exemplary leadership and mentoring.
