Greetings, I’m Seychelle, a project/program manager living in Austin, TX with nine years of experience managing professional services and product development initiatives for SaaS products. My experience focuses on managing implementation services for outcomes measurement software for nonprofit organizations while spearheading product initiatives to drive scalability and innovation.

As an individual consultant, I've led hundreds of non-profits to successful launches and as a Practice Director, I've managed teams of 10+ delivering thousands of hours of consultation across a portfolio of over 100 projects effectively and efficiently delivering scalable solutions.

Over the course of my 9 year career, I have contributed extensively to product development by assisting with road map planning, customer research/analysis, product development and product launches. I have also continually built longstanding relationships with customers and service- delivery partners that have resulted in growth for all stakeholders.

I'm a team-driven collaborator that thrives on imagining at the anything-is-possible level, planning at the strategic level, and executing at the tactical level. I look forward to new challenges and seek to maximize the opportunity for success in every situation.

Although born and raised in San Francisco, CA., I invaded Austin more than nine years ago and have come to love the rapidly-expanding small town. I especially enjoy exploring the far depths of Texas with my family. One of my favorite visits has been to the ghost town of Terlingua, Texas, as seen in my profile photo.
