I've been a professional designer for more than 20 years, building engaging, effective projects rooted in user-centered design. As a design leader, I've built and grown talented teams, helped young designers set their courses for the future, and fostered collaborative environments that encourage creation, rather than production.

For the past decade, my work across a range of billion-dollar initiatives has produced best-of-breed e-commerce websites for consumer and B2B audiences, and software user interfaces for top-selling mission-critical applications.

I'm currently directing UX design and research for Equinix, and splitting my time between Silicon Valley and the Phoenix area.
