Susan Ginsberg-O'Sullivan
Susan Ginsberg-O'Sullivan is a New York City based Certified Career Coach mid-level professionals find their "happy."
In 2012, Susan walked away from a job that was no longer gratifying and set out on a journey of rediscovery. She began doing things that were more emotionally satisfying, like taking watercolor classes, becoming a therapy dog handler, and lastly, finding a new career path. By working with a coach herself, Susan discovered that helping people is what brings her great joy. As a result, she transitioned from helping businesses reach their goals to helping people achieve theirs.
Susan's coaching practice is informed by her own work and life experiences. Her approach is engaging and participatory as she helps guide and empowers her clients to gain the confidence needed to get where they want to be in all areas of their lives.
Susan is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, an experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown -- a process where we examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practice that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practice that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Susan's one-to-one coaching engagements are highly individualized and responsive to each person's unique situation, circumstances and goals.
