Dr. Shu Wei Goh, the Founder of Universal Pave Sdn Bhd, was born on January 6, 1985 in Kangar, Perlis, Malaysia. Dr. Goh is a licensed civil engineer and entrepreneur whose business focuses on providing client-centered services specializing in asphalt applications. Universal Pave uses the most current research and information to apply cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches for procuring asphalt materials and providing reliable consulting services to their clients. At present, Dr. Goh is a co-adviser to doctorate students who are involved in Warm Mix Technology research at the Universiti Teknologi MARA and the Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is a professional civil engineer, speaker, consultant and entrepreneur.
